Community Development
• To work on the health and educational issues of the society, along with provision of fundamentals rights, contributing to Humans Development Index.
• Provide equal opportunities for members to develop professional aspects of their work through training programs, Seminars, conferences, meetings and initiatives at local and international level.
• Provide cultural / intellectual platform for humans and engage them into sustainable earning activities.
Human Resource Development
• To work on the Humans resource development of the society with respect to introducing physiological assessment based education system, grooming of personality aspects, coaching on marital relationship, policies for employment, empowerment of youth and women folk etc.
• Coordinate and cooperate with the related governmental, non-governmental departments / agencies / individuals for human development sector of health, education and fundamental rights for raising the Human Development Index.
Research & Development
• Provide and develop relevant and appropriate information and publications / research work, documentaries significant to human development and governance aspects.
Governance & Policy Making
• To work on the governance / public sector gaps by devising / suggesting essential acts, rules and policies for the benefit of common folk of the society.
Youth & Skill Development
• To work on the skill development, for youth through trainings, seminars, workshops etc.
• Human development education, with reference to grooming of youth, incorporating specialized text / training into the main course of education, enabling them for sustainable development.
• Endeavouring to bring youth into active decision making by involving them into community development projects and ultimately fostering a fresh leadership to lead the nation across the globe.
Environment & Pollution Issues
• The implementation of existing laws pertaining to environment, pollution and related issues will be ensured and gaps in the process will be identified for better mechanism.
• New methodologies may be devised to curtail environmental hazards especially biodegradability & pollution issues. The pollution could be of different kinds.
• The problems of sanitation and gaps of town planning may be identified and worked upon
Best Engineering Practices
• HUMANS will be an equal partner in introducing best engineering practices related to agro based industry, water & farms management, industrial productions etc.
• HUMANS will endeavor to go for research based methodologies for optimum results.
• The issues related to water may be tackled through latest scientific techniques.
Legal Reforms & Positive Role of Media
• HUMANS will ensure legal protection to the common citizens of the society.
• The lengthy procedures of criminal justice system especially related to courts and investigations will be worked upon for evolving better strategies / policies for timely relief.
• The neglected prisoners are individuals with minor / major penalties owing to mutilated facts / procedures may be extended moral, financial or legal support.
• HUMANS will work to make the role of media assertive and contributing for making the societies.
• The pros and cons of media industry will be studied to evolve positive norms.
• Media will be utilized as an equal partners in the awareness / educating the society through audio - visual programs / documentaries discussions etc.
Establishment of Peaceful & Secured Society
• HUMANS will endeavor for establishment of a peaceful & secured society across the globe based on common values.
• The organization will take all such steps / measures which may contribute for the awareness / safety of societies.
• The organization may work on fragmentation, de-radicalism and other gaps of the society for making a peaceful environment and nation building.
Working on Ignored Aspects
• HUMANS will work on the ignores aspect of the society which may include any orthodox tradition, taboo, issues related to different weak factions of society (old-age, handicapped, special children etc).

• HUMANS will always stands besides the governmental, non-governmental, national or international partners fighting the calamities & challenges faced by the humanity. • HUMANS will introduce such subjects, skills in the basic education and grooming systems, which may help humanity fighting calamities & challenges. • HUMANS may take part any such activity which may support in making of the societies oppressed under calamities & challenges.
